Management cares about keeping units in good condition, our repair requests are always addressed promptly, and they offer a free carpet cleaning each year you renew your lease. recently rehabbed, with crown molding and fancy finishes, and it is lovely. The unit: We live in a 'deluxe' unit, i.e. They are also just nice! I recently stopped by the office to pick up packages while carrying the baby, there was more to carry than expected, and David actually drove us back down to our unit on the golf cart. If there is severe weather expected, or any other issue that might concern residents, the office sends out emails with helpful information. Management: They are accessible, helpful, and responsive. I bike to work (about 1.5 miles to Emory), so the location also allows me to avoid traffic, which I consider a huge quality-of-life issue. The area feels safe and peaceful, but is close enough to stores and activities. Also right next to a park with a nice wooded nature path. Location right next to Toco Hills mall is super convenient, and we appreciate the walkability. My husband and I moved in a year ago (fall 2017), and just had our first baby here. This apartment community was built in 1989 and has 2 stories with 338 units.
